Terms

Terms of service.

Overtell is sold business-to-business. These terms explain what you get, what you pay, what is and is not allowed, and how either side can end the relationship.

What the service provides

Overtell provides a daily email digest of promotional-terms changes across tracked iGaming operators, plus dashboard access to the same data under your account. The digest ships at 08:00 CET every day the nightly pipeline produces output.

Who may use it

Overtell is a business tool. Accounts are intended for operators, affiliates, consultants, and agencies who work professionally with iGaming promotional data. Overtell does not provide consumer gambling accounts, does not refer consumers to operators, and is not a comparison service.

You must be eighteen or older and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. One person or organisation per account unless you hold a Team plan.

Payment

Pro and Team subscriptions bill through Stripe, monthly or annually, at the rates published on the pricing page at the time of purchase. VAT is handled under Maltese rules: EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID pay net under reverse charge; non-EU and consumers pay the applicable VAT.

Within fourteen days of your first charge, you can request a full refund by replying to the payment receipt or emailing info@overtell.io. After fourteen days, subscriptions run to the end of the paid term and can be cancelled against the next renewal at any time.

Operator and Feed arrangements are priced individually and governed by a separate order form.

Acceptable use

You can view, export, and share the data you receive inside your own business. You can reference it in reports, presentations, and internal dashboards. Please credit Overtell when the data is the point of the chart or claim.

You cannot resell the raw feed, rebuild a competing promotional-tracking product from Overtell output, or expose the dashboard to end consumers. You cannot share your login with more people than your plan supports. You cannot probe, scrape, or rate-abuse the Overtell infrastructure itself; use the export endpoints documented in the dashboard.

Data accuracy

Overtell extracts promotional values from publicly-visible operator pages on a nightly cadence. Extraction errors happen, pages move, and operators occasionally publish contradictory information across surfaces. Overtell makes best effort to keep the data current and correct.

The service is provided as a source of intelligence, not as regulated financial or legal advice. Decisions you make on the basis of the data are your own. If you spot an error, use the dispute-review process described on the policy page.

Limitation of liability

Overtell's total liability arising from the service, in contract or in tort, is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Overtell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost profit, or downstream commercial decisions.

Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Overtell can suspend or terminate an account that breaches the acceptable-use terms, with a refund of any unused pre-paid time unless the breach was abusive.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally go to the Maltese courts. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you may have under mandatory law in your place of residence.
